I would recommend Melanie to anyone who is looking for wellbeing support. She offers a great range of really beneficial therapies, tools and resources and is a pleasure to work with. Melanie’s guidance and support using kinesiology helped me breakthrough a long term health challenge and learning about Qoya has transferred my mornings. I'd been living with IBS over the last two years and during that time tried various therapies and products to try to resolve it. I'd experience some improvement in the short term but the symptoms kept coming back. After a trip abroad where my IBS flared up daily and I was taking imodium just so I could go out, I was completely fed up and knew I had to finally resolve it. A friend recommended Kinesiology so I found Melanie through her website.I was slightly nervous about my first session but Melanie's friendliness and professional manner put me at ease. Melanie tested various muscles by applying pressure which I would resist. Throughout the session Melanie explained exactly what she was testing and how my muscles reacted which was fascinating. During the muscle testing Melanie also picked up on emotional blockages which we'd discuss and Melanie used acupressure and flower essences to clear them.

After the session Melanie emailed me the results and her advice including a suggested diet and supplements that my body told her it needed.I started taking the supplements, adopted the diet and slowly my IBS symptoms reduced.  Generally I started to feel better. I saw Melanie once a month over five months and I improved in leaps and bounds during that time. I went from having IBS symptoms three to five times a week to the odd episode once or twice a month. Melanie also tested me for food sensitivity which I had done in the past but this time it picked up different items that were irritating my digestion at that point in time. I find Melanie's advice is holistic but what I like the most is it is also realistic. She has helped me make small improvements which I've been able to keep up rather than suggesting drastic changes. I love that I now only take supplements I know my body needs rather than guessing and an IBS episode is now the exception, not the norm. I wish I'd found Melanie and Kinesiology years ago.
