It's been a while now since I've written my blog, when I finished thje raw food diet 30 day trial I thought there was no way I could eat 3 cooked meals a day and go back to drinking caffeinated drinks. But it's really hard to break old patterns, I was really dedicated during the trial but once I stopped writing the blog I didn't have the motivation to keep going. So I haven't quite gone back to eating 3 cooked meals a day, I still have about 800g of bananas in the morning and I have fruit throughout the day but I am having a cooked meal in the evening. I put on about 3lbs but I am slowly losing that again.
I'm currently doing the Insanity 60 day challenge, anyone tried it? Wow, it's definately a good workout and great that there is a variety rather than doing the same exercises every day.
I definately felt more awake when I was on the raw food diet so you'd think it would be quite simple to go back to it but it isn't.
Only time will tell.
