Life through a coloured lens

This year I have been on a journey of transformation. Physical.  Spiritual. Emotional.

A journey to discover my own Personal Legend as Paulo Coelho put it in the Alchemist.

Part of that journey is how I see the world.

I love travelling, I love seeing new places and I am in awe of the stunning beauty of nature.  I feel so connected to the Universe especially when I can bask in all of it's natural beauty.

But, I hadn't realised of how I DID NOT appreciate the beauty of people.

Although I have not written about my journey to being free of a Candida overgrowth (I will soon), one of the most unexpected changes is BEAUTY.  It sure is in the eye of the beholder.

When you have a Candida overgrowth your body is operating on such a low vibration that it's doing the bare minimum just to get by, but get rid of You're body is operating on such a high vibration that anything is possible. At least that's how I feel.

Part of getting rid of this overgrowth has meant that I see beauty everywhere.

Everywhere I walk I can see beauty in everybody.

Loving these new lenses.
