ï»¿Woke up this morning feeling a little tired but not too bad considering I only had about 6 hours sleep. I was in a really good mood today, not sure if it's to do with the diet or whether I was just having a good day, I think it's probably a bit of both. Today was the first day that I've been out and about whilst on the raw food diet and it went well although I forgot some of my food so I had to buy some conventional fruit, but all in all it was good. I definitely miss being able to go into a cafe to get a sandwich or something else. It will take a bit of getting used to, and from the other websites I've read socialising whilst on a raw food diet seems to be a little difficult when going for a meal. More because of other peoples perceptions of a raw food diet than anything else. But I guess I'll have to wait and see what happens when I'm in that situation.
This evening I found very difficult, I felt completely exhausted by 7.30pm and I was having really strong cravings for chocolate and fizzy caffeinated drinks. This blog has once again motivated me to keep going, I didn't think I would be able to get through this evening, but I did yeah : )
My weight dropped by 1.4lbs to 139.4lbs, net weight loss is 3.4lbs in 2 days

Raw food diet summary
ï»¿Today has been an extreme mixture, I've gone from feeling really good and positive and then almost wanting to give in. I'm not eating enough calories a day at the moment, but it's difficult to consume enough food to ensure that I get enough. I'll hopefully build myself up slowly.
My totals for the raw food diet today were as follows: Calories ï»¿1530, Fibre 58g, Carbohydrates 388g, Protein 20g and Fats 8g.
My percentage totals for the raw food diet were: Carbohydrates 91%, Protein 5% and Fat 4%.
