Raw food diet 30 day trial - Day 12

I've had a really good day today, haven't done anything spectacular but I've just felt really good.   Really wanted to go for a jog today which is really strange, as I never want to do any exercises on the days that I've worked a previous night but today I just had the urge to go.   Had a good jog, pushed myself to jog or longer at each interval so I jogged for 10, walked for 3, jogged for 11, walked for 2 and then jogged for 12.   I was quite impressed, I'm not very fit but I'm starting so that is a great step.   Throughout my life I've always jogged, done classes or gone to the gym but I've never really excelled at any of them.  For many years I've had the urge to do a triathlon, hopefully I'll build up the confidence to give it a try one day.   Started doing some exercise videos at home when Sean was 4 months old but I just completely lost interest a few months back and stopped.   Glad I'm getting into it again.

Weight loss

My weight dropped by 0.2lbs to 135.8lbs, net weight loss is 7lbs in 10 days.

What I've eaten today

Breakfast

   350g of mango with a tablespoon of lime juice

Lunch

200g of plums

Dinner

1. 900g of banana & 200g of spinach

2. 500g of papaya, 200g of letuce & 2 tablespoons of lime juice

Raw food diet summary

I'm starting to feel that exercise is something I want to do rather than something I have to do.   Makes such a difference, I hope I continue to feel this way.

My totals for the raw food diet today were as follows: Calories 1371, Fibre 46g, Carbohydrates 347g, Protein 22g and Fats 6g.

My percentage totals for the raw food diet were: Carbohydrates 90%, Protein 6% and Fat 4%.
