Today was a difficult day, I wanted to go for a jog since about 7am but it was such a horrible day and I didn't feel like taking Sean out in the rain, I'm sure it wouldn't have bothered him though as he'd be snug in his pram. I eventually made it out by 6.30pm, I felt so much better afterwards. I've been missing cooked foods today but only because my husband was having some chinese and it smelt so yummy. I wonder if I wasn't doing this blog if I would have given in or not, I guess I'll find out if I decide to carry on being 100% raw. Although I was calculating how many cooked foods I could have if I was going to be 90% raw. It works out that I could have cooked food about once a week which would be great as it would be mean that I could go out for a meal once a week and still be able to be 90% raw. Not bad. Maybe this is the wrong way to think about it but I figure that 90% raw is a pretty big percentage in comparison to 0%.
Who knows though what will happen after the 30 day trial, my aim is to have a bikini body by December. You must be thinking what an odd time of year to want a bikini body, but we're going to Peru in December to see my husbands family and our friends. I'm really looking forward to it. Can't wait, we haven't been on a holiday in years.
My weight dropped by 0.6lbs to 135.2lbs, net weight loss is 7.6lbs in 10 days.

Raw food diet summary
For the last few days I haven't been eating enough calories and this is all down to planning, if you don't plan you find you get to the end of the day and realise that you haven't eaten enough calories. Smoothies are such a great way of increasing the calorie intake per day without the bulk, it takes me about an hour to eat the salad so if I didn't have the smoothies I'd be eating constantly every day.
My totals for the raw food diet today were as follows: Calories ï»¿ï»¿1664, Fibre 58g, Carbohydrates 392g, Protein 31g and Fats 18
My percentage totals for the raw food diet were: Carbohydrates 84 Protein 7% and Fat 9%.
