Can't believe it, Day 14 of the raw food diet trial and I'm feeling pretty good. Still got a lot of tweaking to do, such as making sure that I eat enough during the day as I find that I'm trying to work out how I can eat enough calories at night to make up for the lack of calories during the day. Also I need to drink more water and sleep more, I will get there slowly. One of great things about this diet is that I feel quite proud of myself that I am doing what I set out to do. I have definitely had my ups and downs but all in all it hasn't been that hard.
Woke up this morning in a pretty bad mood, I found it quite difficult to sleep last night thoughts going round and round but I went back to sleep for a few hours this morning and felt much better and had a lovely day with Sean and my husband.
Tomorrow I'll be measuring myself, little nervous as last week wasn't great but I feel like I've lost some inches as my close aren't as tight which really gives me a confidence boost as I was feeling so low.
My weight went up by 1.2lbs!!! to 136.4lbs, net weight loss is 6.4lbs in 14 days. I was a little shocked when I got on the scales this morning, hopefully it has come down again by tomorrow morning.

Raw food diet summary
Measured my pH today and it was 6.25, I was hoping that it may have changed a little but I guess I've been eating a diet of processed food for many years so it's gonna take more than 2 weeks to change my pH and so many other things. The diet is going well and I'm getting a little bit quicker at making my salads in the evening but they still take time. I guess I'm getting a little more used to how long it does take so I'm not finding it so frustrating.
I think that if I was so to contiue eat raw food when I finish the 30 day trial I would be important to connect with people who are also eating the same way because I think it could possibly be a little bit lonely eating this way and when there are times when your will power is low it would be great if someone who waswating the same waycould encourage you to keep going forward.
