Raw food diet 30 day trial - Day 18

Today has been very up and down, I'm feeling good as I have lost more weight and I can see a difference when I look in the mirrow but at the same time I have been feeling a little down. Whatever my plans are to try and make sure I eat more and eat earlier it never seems to work, I think I could solve a lot of these issues if I actaully went to sleep earlier but that fact is very difficult to deal with and to carry out as I've spent so many year staying up late. I also find it a little difficult to implement at the moment as I write this blog after I've finished eating. So by the time I finish, it is already too late. I may need to wait until after the trial when I am not planning to blog every day. I will try in the mean time but I guess I have to try and be honest with myself as well about the reality of my situation. Will make a effort over the next week.

Weight loss

My weight has dropped by 1.2lbs to 133.2lbs, net weight loss 10.8lbs. Yeah I've crossed the 10lb mark, I've almost lost a stone : )

What I've eaten today

Breakfast

Smoothie: 625g of bananas & 125g of celery

Lunch

Again another day without lunch, I seem to improve in one area of the diet but another area suffers.

Dinner

250g of lettuce, 100g of pineapple & 30g of macademia

I made this salad dressing again but with less pineapple in the hope that it wouldn't irritate my mouth but unfortunately it did irritate my mouth so I only ended up eating half of the head of lettuce as my mouth was so tingly.

So I'll be avoiding this dressing from no on.

Raw food diet summary

My totals for the raw food diet today were as follows: Calories 1024, Fibre 28g, Carbohydrates 173g, Protein 14g and Fats 26g.

My percentage totals for the raw food diet were: Carbohydrates 70% Protein 6% and Fat 24%.

What's going on?????? That's a huge amount of fat, 2 days in a row eating hight fat. Will not be adding any overt fats to my food in the next few days.
