As usual another busy day and again I find that the amount of food that I'm eating is suffering. I don't want to sound like a broken record but it's really important to make sure that you eat enough during the day but I just find it really hard. I don't seem to be able to manage to eat enough when trying to make sure my son is fed and happy. This is nothing to do with the raw food diet as I had the same problem before I started this diet. This is one of the reasons that I put on so much weight in the first place. I can't quite figure out how I can change this but I know I have to try.
My weight increased by 0.4lbs to 133.6lbs, net weight loss 10.4lbs in 19 days.
What I've eaten today
Didn't have anything at all, although I did have my breakfast quite late.
This is just an estimate as I was in a restaurant.
Raw food summary
Today I met up with some friends that I haven't seen in a few months, they didn't know that I'd started the raw food diet but they made a few comments that I looked really well and that my eyes looked really bright. These comments were really nice, they gave me a boost to keep going on this diet.
It was the first time that I'd gone out for a meal with friends whilst on this diet. Usually I would have had some wine and eaten something yummy for the menu. But this evening I drank water with some lime wedges and ate a mixed leaf salad. It was pretty small but it did the job. I felt good after the meal that I managed to stick to the raw food diet and that I managed to enjoy myself. The food and drink was definately a little bit boring but it was fine.
My totals for the raw food diet today were as follows: Calories 1139, Fibre 42g, Carbohydrates 266g, Protein 22g and Fats 14g.
My percentage totals for the raw food diet were: Carbohydrates 83% Protein 7% and Fat 10%.
