Raw food diet 30 day trial - Day 20

We are away on a little holiday at the moment, so I decided that I wouldn't bring along my blender. The main reason is that I rely on it a lot and I thought that it would be a good idea to try having all solid food and also to use my own imagination rather just trying suggestions from the 80/10/10 book. Now that I am able to look back on the day, it was a great idea as I'm feeling much more relaxed about the foods I need to prepapre and it doesn't seem such a chore. It also seems a lot quicker when I'm not having to look at the book.

Weight loss

Unfortunately I forgot the scales therefore I will not be able to add my weight loss for the the next few days

What I've eaten today

Breakfast

Smoothie: 800g of bananas & 100g of spinach

Lunch

250g of Clementines

Dinner

300g of lettuce, 150g of cucumbers, 150g of tomatoes, 50g of yellow pepper, 60g of avocado & 150g of oranages

Raw food summary

Everything is going well so far, just over a week to go : )

My totals for the raw food diet today were as follows: Calories 1139, Fibre 42g, Carbohydrates 266g, Protein 22g and Fats 14g.

My percentage totals for the raw food diet were: Carbohydrates 83% Protein 7% and Fat 10%.
