Raw food diet 30 day trial - Day 22

Unfortunately this post may be a little boring as my phone died whist we were away therefore I was unable to take any photos. We've had a lovely few days away and it has been really nice not to be obsessing over making smoothies.

I also thought that it may be a little difficult to maintain this lifestyle whilst we were away but I've actually found it quite easy. But I think this would depend a lot on the type of holiday that you were having and where you were planning to go. At the end of the year we're going to Peru, which I am really looking forward to. It feels like we've been away for a long time. Looking forward to relaxing and introducing Sean to his family. Also looking forward to the yummy fruits that are available in Peru. Yummy

Weight loss

Unfortunately I forgot the scales therefore I will not be able to add my weight loss for the the next few days.

What I've eaten today

Breakfast

400g of mango anf lime juice from half a lime

Lunch

1. 575g of clemetines 2. Smmothie; 450g of bananas & 100g of celery

Dinner

200g of lettuce, 100g of spinach, 200g of cucumber, 100g of tomatoes, 28g of macadamia nuts & 150g of oranges.

Raw food summary

Whoops, another day of going over my 10% intake of fat, I find it's really difficult to tell as I don't have time to work out intake until the evening and by then it's too late as I've already eaten.

My totals for the raw food diet today were as follows: Calories 1407, Fibre 44g, Carbohydrates 294g, Protein 23g and Fats 27g.

My percentage totals for the raw food diet were: Carbohydrates 78% Protein 6% and Fat 16%.
