Raw food diet 30 day trial - Day 23

Today I went to a vegetarian/vegan restaurant in London that also offers raw food. Unfortunately I was dissapointed to find out that everything raw apart from one plate off mixed leaves had oil in it. So I had to settle on having a smoothie, it was pretty good though but quite expensive. I think the hardest thing about this lifestyle is the socialising aspect. Since I had Sean I barely drink and obviously I'm not drinking during the trial so that isn't an issue. I miss being able to go for a meal and enjoying a meal with friends or family. If I enjoyed salads it wouldn't be so bad but I don't so I kind of resent paying for something I'm not going to enjoy. I'm sure it will get easier over time, or at least I hope it does.

Weight loss

It's been a few days since I last weighted myself but my weight has dropped by 1lbs to 132.6lbs, net weight loss 10.2lbs in 23 days.

What I've eaten today

Breakfast

650g of banana & 100g of celery

Lunch

It was so yummy, I forgot to take a picture 100g of blueberries, 100g of raspberries, 100g of strawberries and a little bit of mint.

Dinner

1. 350g of mangos 2. Salad - 350g of lettuce, 300g of oranges, 100g of tomatoes, 100g of cucumber and 20g of macadamia nuts

Snacks

300g of clementines

Raw food summary

Quite happy with the amount of calories that I've eaten today, still not as much as I wanted but it could have been less.

My totals for the raw food diet today were as follows: Calories 1487, Fibre 56g, Carbohydrates 341g, Protein 24g and Fats 22g.

My percentage totals for the raw food diet were: Carbohydrates 82% Protein 6% and Fat 12%.
