Colours, they seem so much brighter at the moment. Sometimes I look at the fruit and veg that I am going to eat and can't believe what an amazing colour they are. It's really great as I'm able to appreciate the food that I'm eating a lot more. Strange but true : )

Weight loss

I've dropped 0.6lbs today to 130.6lbs, net weight loss 12.2lbs in 25 days.

What I've eaten today

Breakfast Smoothie: 350g of bananas & 200g of Spinach Lunch 100g of strawberries, 100g of blueberries and 300g of bananas

Dinner

1. 550g of mangos 2. Salad - 350g of lettuce, 50g of yellow pepper, 25g of brazil nuts and 100g of oranages.

Snacks

100g of kiwi
