Now that the 30 day trial is coming to an end, I wonder how well I'll be able to resist cooked food. There is a danger by just having one a week that it makes it easier to have 3 or 4 a week. In some ways I wish I was going to keep writing this blog as I feel a responsibility to keep going.
I have not lost or gained any weight, therefore I weigh 131.4lbs, net weight loss 12.6lbs in 29 days.
What I've eaten today
600g of bananas
1. 400g of pineapple & 200g of oranges 2. 250g of lettuce, 100g of tomatoes, 150g of cucumber, 50g of red peppe, 100g of oranges and 25g of brazil nuts
Raw food diet summary
It's really amazing I'm starting to enjoy eating salads, I even like celery. I think it's a bit of a miracle, I have hated celery for so long LOL. I never ever thought that I could get through a salad as large as I now eat. If I can do it anyone can, I'm not saying that I'm a total salad lover but it's definately a lot easier to eat a salad now than before I started the raw food diet.
My totals for the raw food diet today were as follows: Calories 1490, Fibre 46g, Carbohydrates 338g, Protein 26g and Fats 22g.
My percentage totals for the raw food diet were: Carbohydrates 82% Protein 6% and Fat 12%.
