Woohooooo I made it, can't believe I've done it. 30 days eating raw food, I know for some this may not seem much but for I'm really proud of myself. I am planning to give myself a few days break from writing my blog and then I will write an update confirming total weight and inches lost and the amazing and unbelieveable results from the Kinesiology tests that were done on Monday.
My weight stayed the same today at 129.8, net weight lost 13lbs in 30 days.
What I've eaten today
Smoothie - 600g of bananas
400g of clementines
Salad - 300g of lettuce, 50g of tomatoes, 60g of cucumber, 20g of brazil nuts and 30g of orange pepper.
Raw food summary
Amazing it's my last day of the trial and I have learnt alot, I'm still finding it very difficult to consume enough calories and I seem to be eating too much fat. It takes a lot of practice and it's really important to keep trying different way to increase the food intake, although I haven't tried too many different ways. I believe that I'll get there, one way or another.
My totals for the raw food diet today were as follows: Calories 1033, Fibre 32g, Carbohydrates 230g, Protein 17g and Fats 18g.
My percentage totals for the raw food diet were: Carbohydrates 80% Protein 6% and Fat 14%.
